Join us for an 8-week Guided Shadow Work Journal Group where we’ll work through The Shadow Work Journal together in a safe, supportive environment. Rather than completing the journal on your own, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on weekly prompts, participate in meaningful group discussions, and receive guidance and accountability throughout your journey.
Each week we’ll explore different themes using journal prompts, guided reflection, mindfulness exercises, and optional group sharing. You’ll gain deeper insight into the beliefs, emotional patterns, and protective behaviors that may be keeping you stuck while connecting with others who are committed to their own healing and personal growth.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and creating lasting change from a place of self-awareness and self-compassion.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or looking to deepen the work you’ve already started, this group offers structure, accountability, and a welcoming community to walk alongside you.

Journal Requirement
📖 Participants are required to purchase their own copy of The Shadow Work Journal before the first class. The journal is available for purchase on Amazon and will be used throughout the entire 8-week program.
